Jaimee turned 8 months old today. She cut her first tooth and has been teething all week. My normally happy baby has been very fussy. Last night she woke up crying every hour-and-a-half to two hours. Poor thing. This morning I felt like I was going insane from fatigue. But it has been a good day too. Jaimee spontaneously started clapping this afternoon and was just so pleased with herself. It was the cutest thing ever and she did a lot of clapping today, lol. I think she understands that she’s made an accomplishment and loves knowing that she’s the one making the little clapping noise. So stinkin cute:
So ya, a rough week. But still so utterly rewarding to raise such a sweet precious baby girl who is such a joy to us.
That’s all for now. Just a quickie hit-and-run post while we’re swimming in a sea of boxes trying to unpack. It’s been going slower than I’d like!

Oh how we are relating to this stage of growth here! My grandson is just over 7 months and working on that first tooth that is yet to come. He is such a happy baby but being cranky has been part of our lives lately! So cute on the clapping of hands!
Awww…. she is SO adorable!!! Just that smile makes me teary eyed thinking back to those wonderful baby stages. Glad you’re all moved and had a wonderful time in Disney. Congrats on the GD spot as well. So glad to hear from you and see more photos of Jamiee! :0)
